Lead Generation Representative (Thai speaker)
The Lead Generation Representative is responsible for demonstrating the value and benefits of our client’s products or services through customer engagement, with a primary focus on selling and/or renewing contracts. This role is responsible for effectively articulating the value of products or services to customers.
What you will do:
- Be a specialist in SMB, Mid Market Account Profiling, lead generation and sales prospecting to generate sales-qualified leads and opportunities from assigned list of accounts focused on customer segment and geographic territory through high volume cold calling and other viable channels
- Conduct lead conversion/lead lost engagement to capture feedback on buy/ did not buy decisions
- Call, qualify, and convert sales qualified leads from market penetration campaigns/ lists within SLA.
