**Role Overview**
The Lead Global Sourcing Manager is responsible for leading a global Creativity Team (CT).
You will be responsible for leading a team to purchase all or a specific portion of productive and/or non-productive materials, supplies, machinery, tooling and/or services.
The role requires the candidate to lead their team to develop a commodity strategy and to actively coach and support team members with the sourcing process and supplier negotiations. You will be responsible for developing a plan to achieve global and regional material budget execution for your Creativity Team.
