- Strong hold on design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Working knowledge of Figma will be a bonus.
- Develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts, using creative approaches.
- Staying up to date with design trends, typography styles and software.
- Ability to work independently from creative concept to execution.
- To be accountable for the work by the creative team ensuring all work is as per brand guideline and platform's best practices.
- Excellent communication and management skills to close work on time.
- To work closely with the junior designers to create strong concepts from the initial briefing.
