As an integral member of both the DBS China/APAC and IMEA leadership teams, the Lead HR Business Partner plays a pivotal role in driving the organizational and people agenda within the assigned function. This role is responsible for effectively translating and executing the overarching Grundfos and DBS strategies into actionable people and organizational plans across the regions.In addition to regional responsibilities, the Lead HR Business Partner also contributes to and leads division-wide people initiatives within DBS, ensuring alignment and impact across the global organization. This position reports directly to the HR Director – HRBP, DBS, and will be based in our regional office in Shanghai.
