Leads a team of HR Specialists responsible for the audit readiness function. Provides technical advice to management in resolving the most difficult and controversial HR problems related to audit readiness reviews, projects, and initiatives. Analyzes audit and program review reports and audit findings and recommendations to identify deficiencies, adverse trends, or additional areas for review.
