Experience
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in planning, design, development, and implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects. Experience in industrial townships, integrated townships, special economic zones (SEZs), industrial parks, smart cities, urban infrastructure projects, or large real estate developments. Experience in planning and coordination of water supply, sewerage, storm water drainage, roads, utility corridors, power distribution, ICT infrastructure, and other municipal services. Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams comprising civil, structural, utility, transportation, environmental, and MEP professionals. Experience in project management, stakeholder coordination, contractor management, and infrastructure delivery.
