Job Description

As an Engineer in Offshore & Shipbuilding, you play a crucial role in creating safe, sustainable and efficient projects on or offshore. From shipbuilding to floating offshore platforms.

Responsibilities

  • As a Lead Instrumentation Designer, you are responsible for producing the drawings and lists that enable the E/I contractor to build your instrumentation design.
  • Your scope ranges from complete fire, gas detection, and security systems to process control and the required telecommunications systems.
  • You are given significant freedom to collaborate with specialists and arrive at a fully integrated design. Within the project team, you are the technical focal point: you safeguard quality, coach junior team members, and coordinate with other design teams. Thanks to your helicopter view, you maintain oversight and stay composed, even under increasing pressure.
