Job Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of Investigation Officers in day-to-day operations
- Conduct and oversee investigations relating to airside operational matters and regulatory compliance
- Conduct interviews and obtain statements from witnesses and relevant parties
- Gather, assess and preserve evidence and supporting information
- Review findings and provide recommendations
- Prepare and review investigation reports and case files
- Support legal proceedings and coordinate with stakeholders when required
- Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of investigation matters
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members
- Perform other duties assigned by management
- Degree or Diploma in Law, Criminology, Security Studies, Aviation, Investigation or related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant investigative experience
