The opportunity
West Wave is located right in the heart of Henderson. We have something for everyone, from a hydro slide, diving pool and wave pool to a steam room, sauna, hydrotherapy pool and 50m lap pool.
As our Lead Lifeguard, you will play a key part in ensuring that all customers not only have a fantastic experience but a safe one.
Your main responsibilities will include the following:
Providing guidance on and supporting the delivery of aquatics-based programmes;
General lifeguarding duties to ensure customers are safe and looked after; and
Supporting the Team Leader with day-to-day operations at the Centre.
