Job Description
- Lead and manage customer digital platforms including portals, mobile apps and digital engagement ecosystems.
- Drive customer experience (CX), self-service capabilities, personalization, digital adoption, and operational improvements across digital channels.
- Identify and implement AI, analytics, automation, API, and emerging technology opportunities to enhance customer engagement and business outcomes.
- Develop and execute digital product roadmaps, governance, delivery tracking, and performance monitoring initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business, distribution, marketing, operations, IT, data, compliance, and external partners to align digital initiatives with organizational objectives.
