Job Description
This Lead O and M Technician role is a senior control room and plant operations position focused on running a highly automated combined cycle facility. Base pay ranges from $60 to $70 per hour with a 15% end of year bonus. The schedule is a seven days on seven days off rotation with twelve hour shifts, alternating between day shift and night shift each rotation. This provides extended time off while maintaining consistent earning power. Benefits include a 401k with up to an 8% contribution and a 4% company match, 3% profit sharing vested after three years, and relocation assistance up to one month of pay grossed up based on need. This is a full time non exempt role built for an experienced operator who is comfortable being in charge and owning outcomes.
