Job Description
As the Lead OpenShift Engineer L2 Support, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations of OpenShift clusters, providing technical leadership for L2 support and collaborating with development teams to ensure efficient delivery. You will guide the resolution of escalated issues, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and promote best practices across the support team.
