Responsibilities
- Monitor operating and support units’ performance of assigned BAM processes.
- Create and analyze Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to identify early warning signals or risks.
- Validate/test transactions to ensure integrity of reports used for recording and decision‑making and compliance with established policies and procedures; critical BAM processes are functioning effectively.
- Review assigned BAM processes for opportunities to improve operational efficiency and controls.
- Participate in implementing new products, services, and systems, ensuring risk management and operational readiness.
