Responsibilities
- Leading continuous improvement projects
- Ensuring all operators are maintaining output levels in line with set targets
- Ensuring high standards of housekeeping, quality and Health & safety procedures
- Prepare and submit performance reports
- Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
- Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans
