Responsibilities
- Operate as the independent optometrist with full clinical autonomy.
- Start with a minimum of one day per week and increase as you wish.
- Build and manage associates and shape the clinic culture.
- Unlock future ownership opportunities as our network expands.
- Provide clinical excellence using cutting‑edge equipment including NIDEK Tonoref 3, Topcon Maestro2 OCT.
