Lead, People Business Partner
Scopely is looking for a Lead, People Business Partner to join our global People Team and support our global People Team and Operations organizations. This role will be based out of our Barcelona hub on a hybrid basis.
What You Will Do
The Lead PBP will join a dynamic PBP Team dedicated to Central Teams (Operations and People), working closely with our global team of PBPs, COEs, and business leaders. Our pod is built around partnership, feedback, and empowerment - where every member contributes beyond reporting lines, ensuring a holistic approach to People strategy for our central functions.
- Partner with senior leadership to shape and execute a People strategy that accelerates performance and strengthens the employee experience.
- Align global talent philosophy with the needs of the business, using data‑driven insights to inform decisions, anticipate talent needs, and enhance organizational health.
