**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Lead and coordinate daily portable crushing operations across multiple sites in Southeast PA
+ Ensure production targets are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards
+ Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot crushing and screening equipment
+ Train, coach, and support crew members to drive strong team performance
+ Conduct inspections and coordinate basic maintenance to minimize downtime
