Job Description
**Overview**
The Lead Operations Support Specialist (Lead OSS) is responsible for onboarding, training and mentoring Operations Support Specialists (OSSs) across the district. The Lead OSS will lead onboarding training for cohorts which may include multiple OSSs at one time. The Lead OSS will also travel to multiple clinics to train other OSSs as needed. Other responsibilities for this role include assisting with other projects throughout the district and/or region as needed. Must be mobile in market.
**Responsibilities**
* Train new OSSs on patient care support such as exercises, patient scheduling, patient intake and co-pay collection. Train on reporting requirements and clinic cleanliness protocols.
* Mentor OSSs and be go-to support in district for questions with patient processes and patient support. Train OSSs on new processes and workflows, and re-train OSSs as directed by the Clinic Director or District Director.
