Responsibilities
Lead the team that builds paved paths to enable other engineering teams to build secure and reliable services.Make technical decisions and own the roadmap across the domains of platform reliability and infrastructure security - observability platform, incident management, cloud & network security, infrastructure vulnerabilities.Encourage innovation and continuous improvement across reliability (alert hygiene, MTTR, DORA) and security (vulnerability remediation, hardening coverage) outcomes.Uphold a high bar of engineering, quality & security standards - including encryption at rest and in transit for production data, and DR/BCP execution across regions.Collaborate with other parts of the business to discover and estimate solution options to key strategic initiatives.Accountability for delivering technical solutions within estimated timeframes.Operate in a get-thing...
