Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Process Safety Engineer to oversee and lead all process safety engineering activities on a major gas processing facility project. The successful candidate will ensure that safety is integrated into design and operations from concept through to commissioning.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead process safety engineering activities including QRA, HAZOP, HAZID, SIL/SIS studies, and risk assessments
- Develop and review safety cases, consequence modeling, and fire & explosion studies
- Ensure all process safety deliverables comply with applicable standards and client requirements
- Coordinate with process, instrumentation, and operations teams on safety system design
- Manage and facilitate HAZOP and HAZID workshops with multidisciplinary teams
