Job Description
The Match Group Core Product team is seeking a Lead Product Analyst to help identify and unlock product, operational, and business opportunities at platform scale across Match Group. Reporting to the Director of Product, this person will serve as a trusted partner to Product, Engineering, Data Science, BI, Operations, and brand stakeholders.
This role is ideal for someone who can move fluidly between hands‑on analysis, product strategy, experimentation, and data foundation work. You will help define how we measure platform value, uncover portfolio‑wide opportunities, and turn complex customer, brand, and operational signals into actionable insights that improve outcomes across Match Group’s consumer dating ecosystem.
