Become a Production Superintendent at Georgia-Pacific’s Englehart mill. Lead a focused team in improving wood products operations while ensuring safety and quality.
This role is essential to Georgia-Pacific’s OSB manufacturing operations in Englehart, Ontario. You will partner with the Plant Manager to establish key operational measures, oversee production lines, and guide front-line leaders to enhance productivity and compliance with EHS standards.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee operations across Area 2, Line 1, and the Sander line • Drive injury-free production in a continuous output setting • Supervise EHS compliance, quality, and production efficiency • Coach employees to foster communication and ownership • Maintain compliance reporting for operational areas
