Job Description
The Lead Program Services Specialist provides support, assistance, and guidance to individuals with disabilities that will enable the individual to develop skills and enhance their ability to engage with their community. This position is responsible for the overall management of a Day Support program including the supervision of staff and consumers of rehabilitation services.
The Lead Program Services Specialist is expected to work collaboratively with staff in all business lines. Responsible for service planning and implementation for an assigned caseload of consumers, coordinating and integrating support services, behavior management, and crisis intervention, and adhering to federal, state, and local mandates.
