- Solid understanding of Test Management throughout the lifecycle (SDLC & STLC)

- Proficiency in test management tools
- Ability to align testing efforts with business goals
- Skilled in handling test status meetings, retrospectives, and presentations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to establish a collaborative relationship with product teams
- Knowledge of test metrics and reporting for stakeholders
- Understanding of Shift-Left Testing
- Encouraging a continuous learning culture in QA teams
