Job Responsibilities
Program Management and Leadership
- Coordinating and supervising recreational services, ensuring program quality and adherence to safety protocols.
- Acting as lead instructor for lifeguard training programs, leveraging certification as a Red Cross Lifeguard Training Instructor.
- Managing and coordinating sports leagues and events, including officiating and organizing Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball, Softball, and Flag Football games.
- Overseeing the proper use and maintenance of recreational facilities, equipment, and supplies to ensure operational readiness.
