Job Description
This role supportsPrivate Destinations Mexico recruitment operations andtalent acquisition team.The Lead will manage the recruitment activities of their respective functional areas and teams to ensure operational objectives are achieved. The Lead develops strong partnerships with HR Operations, HRBP, and the Brand to ensure alignment in hiring needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall performance of the recruiters and managing team expectations in order to exceed goals and objectives.
Analyzes the recruitment forecast to prepare and manage recruiter capacity and hiring velocity.
Manages the daily sourcing and recruitment efforts to ensure a healthy pipeline of talent is available for shipboard recruiting needs.
