Type: Three-month contract, opportunity for extension or full time offer
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
Pay: $45.30 to $47.30 an hour
Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse:
· Coordinate patient care plans across providers, departments, and services.
· Perform clinical triage via phone, EMR messaging, or in person.
· Review labs, imaging, and clinical results and escalate appropriately.
· Prepare patients for procedures and ensure preop requirements are met.
· Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow up care.
· Manage referrals and authorizations (especially in outpatient settings).
