Responsibilities
- Collect, review, and sanitize field events data for processing.
- Review and sanitize shop visit reports for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Process AOG (Aircraft on Ground) spares orders in line with SLA, priority, and compliance requirements.
- Process data in the designated processing tool, strictly following industry/customer standards, business rules, and guidelines.
- Validate processed data against acceptance criteria, processing rules, and business rules.
- Flag discrepancies, raise clarifications, and drive closure with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain individual and team performance metrics for data processed (e.g., throughput, quality score, rework rate).
- Record, track, and report quality metrics and improvement areas received through feedback.
