We’re looking for a Lead Design Researcher who can do more than uncover user insights and help our client build and embed user research capability within their own organisation.
You’ll work directly with client teams across financial services, technology, and eCommerce environments, helping them mature their approach to human‑centred design. This includes designing and running research projects, coaching internal teams, creating frameworks and playbooks, and shaping research‑driven decision‑making at both product and strategy levels.
This role blends hands‑on research delivery with strategic enablement — enabling clients to run robust, scalable, and ethical research long after your engagement ends.
