Job Description
Job Purpose
- Solicits salary loan applications from accredited companies
- Manages the relationship with assigned accredited Salary Loans companies
- Responsible in achieving assigned KRAs pertaining to volume and quality of applications
- Reviews declined accounts and request for deviation / credit approval, if qualified under exception policies
- Responsible for the renewal of accredited companies for salary loans applications
- Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans or tactical incentives, as needed
Job Requirements
- College Graduate, preferably of a business-related course
- With at least 2 years work experience and with experience on various areas of Sales, Relationship Management, Program Management, Customer Service
- Experience in loans or any financial institution will be an added advantage
