Lead Scientist – EM

Summary:

Closely working with technology, sales, marketing, ADE team to develop innovative products for targeted semiconductor customers in Electronics.

Responsibilities Include:

As a key member of China R&D team and is accountable for –

Product Development

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, ADE and global R&D team to leverage the resource and knowledge to develop innovative products with solid financial impact to meet or exceed customer requirement.
  • Strictly follow IATF16949 and related semiconductor standards, MPM internal quality standard/NPDI procedure to ensure project smooth execution and quality targets achieved
  • Develop solutions to complex/conflicting customer and business needs and independently design, plan and execute multiple projects and lead projects;
