Overview:
This career step requires intermediate level experience. A Scrum Master is the servant leader of a scrum team. The scrum team uses an agile scrum development methodology which allows the team to self-organize and make changes quickly.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
The Scrum Master guides a scrum team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices, perform the role of a Release Train Engineer (RTE) and how to get the most out of self organization. Conduct Scrum of Scrum ceremonies, assesses the maturity of the scrum team, providing support and coaching their team to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable to the team.
