Job Summary
The Lead Counsel is responsible for advising Mexico operations on all general business law including litigation, labor & employment, commercial contracts and corporate secretarial.
Responsabilidades
LEAD COUNSEL
- Advise Mexico operations on all labor and employment laws.
- Assist with arranging and properly documenting all necessary and/or appropriate meetings required to maintain appropriate corporate governance and assist with maintenance of corporate records.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, including manufacturing agreements, procurement agreements, real estate, and non-disclosure agreements.
- Draft, review and negotiate supply chain contracts and handle related issues, including import/export compliance. Manage dispute resolution matters, including litigation, arbitrations, and mediations.
- Manage product compliance for sales of goods in commerce in Mexico.
