Job Description
Administer and manage ServiceNow instances (2–4 years L2 experience required) across multiple releases. Perform workflow construction, tool configuration, customization, and form design. Conduct functional testing, performance testing, and integration testing of web services. Configure Incident, Problem, Change, and other ITSM modules. Participate in system upgrades and code movements between Development, UAT, and Production environments. Perform cloning activities and coordinate with L4 teams and ServiceNow vendors. Work in a 24x7 environment with rotational shifts. Ensure adherence to compliance frameworks through audits, reporting, and stakeholder follow-ups. Analyze and integrate CoE and HR/Business processes to enhance process alignment and efficiency. Prepare business requirement documents for automation/enhancement, lead pilot and testing efforts, and develop training material.
