_DUTIES:_ Configure, customize and optimize Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Time Tracking) to meet evolving business requirements. Analyze organizational workflows and translate them into scalable, automated Workday solutions. Implement and manage complex business processes, security roles, and integrations within the Workday platform. Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions to ensure system reliability and data integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document, test, and deploy Workday configuration changes and releases. Identify and assess opportunities for enhancing existing Workday features and functionalities based on user and business needs. Lead or participate in Workday release management activities, including evaluating new features, conducting impact analysis, and coordinating rollout plans.
