_DUTIES:_ Configure setting up and tailoring the functionality of SaaS and Enterprise-wide applications to meet specific business requirements without writing code. Configuring tables, fields, and forms. Define business rules, UI policies, and client scripts using the platform’s graphical interface. Configure workflows and approvals using delivered, UI-based editor tools. Design and configure service portal, widgets, and catalog items. Set up user roles, groups, and permissions. Configure integrations with external systems using pre-built connectors and APIs. Maintain compensation packages (Management Compensation Package, Bargained Compensation Package, and Executive Compensation Package), Compensation Salary plans (annual salary and bargained salary plan), one-time payment plans (75 one-time payment plans) and allowance plans (45 plans).
