Scope:
Core responsibilities to include handling day-to-day support tickets , work on enhancement requests.As part of Tech team this position will lead toward technical advancement of Ironclad CLM solution. This position will provide an opportunity to explore, troubleshoot and develop solutions on various functional domains and provide a good learning curve.The role involves business stakeholder interaction to gather requirements and knowledge on Contract life cycle managementUnderstand the impact of Legal data changes and seek confirmation from business before making any changes in the system.Our current technical environment:
