A leading regional bank is building the next generation of its digital banking platforms across Asia Pacific and they're looking for a hands‑on engineering leader to drive it.
You’ll own engineering excellence for our high-volume web and mobile channel applications, used by customers across the region. That means setting the technical bar and making sure it’s met: governing architecture, enforcing code quality across internal and vendor teams, validating designs against what actually ships, and keeping CI/CD and code management practices sharp.
This is a leadership role for someone who stays close to the code reviewing merge requests, spotting technical risk and debt early, and mentoring developers into a culture of quality and accountability. You’ll work alongside architects, product owners, and QA to deliver platforms that meet the security and regulatory standards of a major financial institution.
