Job Purpose
- The Lead Solution Architect – Digital defines and maintains the solution architecture for our digital platform. Ensures that solutions meet both business and non-functional requirements, align with enterprise architecture principles, and enable secure, scalable, and sustainable delivery of digital capabilities across all markets and channels, while leading and mentoring a team of Solution Architects.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the end-to-end digital solution architecture, ensuring consistency across Loyalty, Web, Ecommerce and Mobile platform.
- Balance short and long-term platform sustainability.
- Ensure alignment between business strategy, product roadmaps and technology choices, delivering robust end-to-end solution designs for digital capabilities.
