The role supports SDU teams on AMP implementation, domain knowledge, culture promotion, and strategic planning to drive overall service level compliance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver new hire training programs and schedules.
- Monitor trainee performance, engagement, and learning progress.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and resolve training issues.
- Coordinate with teams to align training with business needs.
- Improve training modules, processes, and overall effectiveness.
Requirements
- Experience in training, onboarding, or process operations.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
