Location : Gavà, Spain, Hybrid (4 days per week in the office)
In this role, you will lead the scientific marketing of a global portfolio of cosmetic active ingredients, shaping how innovation is positioned, communicated, and adopted across markets. Acting as a key bridge between R&D, Regulatory, Sales, and Marketing, you will translate complex science into compelling, compliant, and commercially relevant value propositions that drive successful product launches and long‑term portfolio growth.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Define and lead short-, mid-, and long-term innovation pipelines for cosmetic active ingredients, ensuring alignment with global business strategy.
- Develop robust business cases and prioritize projects based on strategic fit, market opportunity, and financial impact.
