Lead Substation Cost Controller

Toshiba EMEA in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Cost Control Engineer to assist in project cost functions. This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of experience specifically handling 400 kV GIS projects in the GCC/UAE. Key responsibilities include preparing cash flow forecasts and implementing project cost management systems. Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, Power BI, and excellent communication skills are essential.
