LEAD SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER – Based out of Rocket Lab's Auckland, New Zealand facility. You will lead a team of Supplier Quality Engineers, ensure that quality requirements for procured parts and processes are consistently met, and act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and suppliers. Your leadership, communication, and negotiation skills will drive robust quality processes, cost reduction, and process efficiency while balancing internal and external priorities.
