Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations, maintenance, and support of the cloud platform, ensuring reliability and high performance.
- Provide advanced third‑level technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution of IT infrastructure issues.
- Design, develop, and continuously improve IT infrastructure solutions with a focus on resilience and capacity.
- Train, mentor, and support cloud administrators to foster knowledge sharing within the team.
