Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical/ Food/ Petrochemical/ Chemical Plant or Automation industry or equivalent combination of work experience.
- Experience with Manufacturing Control System in Wet and Dry Process, Dry Blending and Packaging Areas.
- At least 3 years’ experience with Siemens PLC (Step7/TIA Portal) experience.
- Technical knowledge of Batch and recipe management systems. Knowledge of GE products will be added advantage.
- Knowledge in industrial computer systems connectivity and communication protocols and platform such as Kepware.
- Experience in reading Process Descriptions and P&ID’s
- Experience in Lifecycle documentation, generation of FAT, IOQ Test protocol.
- Knowledgeable in ISA S95, S88 and GMP requirements.
- Knowledgeable in Computer System Validation.
