Job Description
As a **Lead Talent Acquisition Business Partner** , you will play a strategic role in attracting and hiring top talent across Stryker's **EEMEA** region. Partnering closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders, you will drive end-to-end recruitment, provide market insights, and influence hiring decisions to support business growth.
This role can be based in Istanbul, Turkey or Warsaw, Poland, and offers a flexible hybrid working model.
