Clarivate is seeking to hire a Lead Tax Analyst to join our global finance team! This role will be responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day activities of a shared services support team, within India, focusing on U.S. federal and state income tax compliance. The shared services support team will also assist with the U.S. federal and state tax provision, tax accounting, and audit defense. The position will report to the Senior Manager, Tax in India and will work closely with the U.S. income tax compliance and provision teams based in the United States.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
5+ years relevant tax experience in public accounting or industry
Experience in U.S. corporate income tax compliance
Compliance software experience (e.g., OneSource) preferred
Must possess excellent documentation skills
