The Middle School Lead Teacher is responsible for maximizing student learning and development through the planning, preparation, and teaching of comprehensive educational programs that meet students' individual learning needs and achieve specific student outcomes. Theyfoster academic growth, social development, and critical thinking skills while creating an inclusive learning environment that supports students' holistic development.
Develop and Implement Curriculum- Design and deliver a comprehensive, age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with school standards and educational goals and is in line with the science of learning.
- Teach mathematics and science, adapting instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Incorporate a variety of instructional strategies, including hands-on activities, group work, and project-based learning, to engage students and promote critical thinking.
