About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership role within a well-established, values-driven independent composite school in Kerikeri. You'll lead the primary programme while remaining connected to the classroom, with time and support built in to do both effectively.
You'll work closely with the Principal to drive consistency, lift outcomes, and support a small team of teachers (2 direct reports). The focus is simple: strong teaching, clear systems, and better student progress.
