**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Lead** **Technical Program Manager** to join our team in **Springfield, VA.**
This position will serve as the singular delivery authority for NGA MC&G’s CPSTN Digital Twin Pilot effort. This critical role combines corporate program management oversight with deep hands-on technical architecture leadership.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Serving as the primary contractual and technical interface for NGA MC&G PEO leadership while managing the program’s budget, financial tracking, and a rigorous 12-month phased Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
+ Overseeing the technical development of hardware abstraction models, service mesh configurations, and a Drift Management Capability to guarantee the digital twin accurately mirrors the dynamic NGA CORE classified production environment.
